My educational journey began almost 20 years ago! Over the years I have gained an immeasurable amount of knowledge, skill, and expertise which has shaped my educational perspective. During my tenure in education I have learned how to provide quality instruction to a variety of learners on different levels. I have worked as a classroom teacher, academic coach, instructional facilitator and assistant principal. Much of my experience has allowed me to empower minority students from diverse backgrounds. My skill set includes analyzing and interpreting data to impact instruction, building positive relationships, cultivating school leaders, coaching and facilitating. In my career I have experienced great success in growing, educating, and coaching students and staff. This led me to create Future Forward Strategics LLC an educational coaching and consulting firm for education professionals and Future Forward Consulting, a non-profit mentoring and consulting organization for students ages 14-22.
